4 Corners of Thailand 27 Day Non Inclusive

Introducing our non-inclusive Northern Thailand motorcycle tour. This is a 27 day 26 night tour. This tour can be a one way trip if you so desire. We leave this up to you, so if you would like to stop at one of our destinations along the way let us know. We would return the bikes at no extra cost to Chiang Rai if you choose our support vehicle package. If you choose our vehicle non-supported package a return fee would have to be worked out. We call this one the Four Corners of Thailand Tour. This is a highlight tour as it takes in a vast area of Thailand and spectacular sites as do all our tours. This ride will take us from the north heading south down the west side of Thailand, then east and south again only to head back north along the east side of Thailand along the borders. Places and sites to see are many on this adventure. We will visit Temples, local villages, mountain roads, museums, parks, caves, beaches and so much more. With plenty of photo opportunities this is sure to be a trip to remember.

 

We provide the guide, bikes, riding gear, insurance, truck/van with driver and the route. This is still the same great tour as our all-inclusive tours, only you and your group are responsible for accommodations, bookings, food, petrol and any entrance fees for your selves, guide and driver. We are providing this package to make it more economical and just to offer you the costumer more options.

 

All our non-inclusive tour prices are final with no hidden costs. So that means no surprises. All prices are listed in our price chart below in Baht.

 

An example booking chart is also here for your viewing. You can mix and match any of our 3 bike options too your tour. If there are any questions please feel free to let us know. Please check out our bike insurance and what we offer. No one else offers this much insurance. You the costumers are very important to us and we want to give you piece of mind.

  

Whats included:

Insurance: Accident Third Party covering up a maximum of: 10,000,000 baht per accident.

 

Third Party property damage covering up to a maximum of: 1,000,000 baht per accident.

 

Personal injury insurance for driver and passenger up to a maximum of: 100,000 baht each per accident.

 

Medical expenses for driver and passenger up to a maximum of: 50,000 baht each per accident.

 

Life insurance: 1,000,000 baht.

 

Rental bike damage is covered in house and all costs have been included in the price. Our prices are listed in the charts below with two bike options. Both charts have a price listed with and without support vehicle. (We here at Chiangraibigbikerental take on the risk if you have an accident).

 

Bike damage, costumers are responsible for the first 12,500 baht on our 250cc to 300cc bikes and 50% of the book value for the bike if damaged beyond repair.

 

Bike damage, costumers are responsible for the first 25,000 baht of damage on our 500cc to 650cc bikes and 50% of the book value for the bike if damaged beyond repair.

 

Bike theft, costumers are responsible for 50% of the book value of the bike and equipment if stolen.

Insurance if you are found to be under the influence of drugs, alcohol or breaking the law. 

 


Itinerary Details: Early morning meet and greet at your accommodation in Chiang Rai. We will provide you with the tour briefing. During the briefing we will address any personal concerns and requirements. After the briefing we will have you shuttled to our shop for riding gear fitting and documentation signing.

Day 1. Chiang Rai – Chiang Mai. km 190. All kilometers are average and dependent on the costumers interests. 

 

After breakfast and a bit of a later start as this will be an easy day so as to accustom yourself with the bike and the driving behavior of the residents. We travel the back roads to the White temple (Wat Rong Khun). This is one of the top ten wonders of the world and a must see. We continue now on 118 with plenty of stops along the way.  Lunch will be served at a local restaurant. We will arrive in Chiang Mai about midafternoon. Now it is time to relax at your charming accommodation and enjoy a little night life.

 

 

Day 2. Chiang Mai – Doi Inthanon – Mae Sariang. Km 270. All kilometers are average and dependent on the costumers interests. 

 

270 After breakfast we head south to Doi Inthanon National Park. This is the highest mountain top within Thailand stretching 2565 mt from sea level. We will be riding along some awesome winding mountain roads through a spectacular pine forest with scenery and smells to be remembered. On our way down we will visit waterfalls, Royal Pagodas and the Botanical gardens before reaching Mae Chaem. Lunch is served at a local restaurant. After lunch we continue our ride through the pine forest until we reach Mae Sariang where you can relax at your charming accommodation.

 

 

 

Day 3. Mae Sariang – Mae Sot. km 215. All kilometers are average and dependent on the costumers interests.   

 

After breakfast we head south along the border between Thailand and Myanmar on some nice winding mountain roads. On this leg we will pass through a couple of national parks like Mae Ngao, Mae Moei and Khun Phrawor with an opportunity to visit water falls. Lunch is served at a local restaurant. After lunch we continue to Mae Sot which is a border town between Thailand and Myanmar. Once in Mae Sot you can relax at your charming accommodation.

 

 

Day 4. Mae Sot – Uthai Thani. km 350. All kilometers are average and dependent on the costumers interests. 

 

After breakfast we head west through another couple of national parks on yet again some nice winding mountain roads. After about 70 km we start our way south on a divided highway. Lunch is served at a local restaurant. We have few km to do today but should be easy as we cruise into Uthai Thani and relax at your charming accommodation.

 

 

Day 5. Uthai Thani – Kanchanaburi. km 270. All kilometers are average and dependent on the costumers interests. 

 

After breakfast we continue south on secondary highways. We stop and visit Weruwan cave. We continue with lunch served at a local restaurant along the way.

After lunch we continue to Kanchanaburi for a relaxing night at your charming accommodation.

 

 

Day 6. Overnight rest day.

 

This is your day to enjoy and relax.

 

 

Day 7. Kanchanaburi – Sangkhla Burien. km 210. All kilometers are average and dependent on the costumers interests. 

 

After breakfast we head north to the Three Pagodas Pass in the border town of Sangkhla Burien. Along this leg of our journey there are numerous sites to see and to many to name. Lunch is served at a local restaurant along the way.  We will visit the Three Pagodas upon arrival to Sangkhla Burien or in the morning before departing. Now time to relax at your charming accommodation.

 

 

Day 8. Sangkhla – Ratchaburi. km 300. All kilometers are average and dependent on the costumers interests.   

 

After breakfast we head south taking in some of the many sties we may have missed on the way up. Lunch is served at a local restaurant. We continue through Kanchanaburi and onto Ratchaburi for a relaxing night at your charming accommodation.

 

 

Day 9. Ratchaburi – Prachuap Khiri Khan. Km 230. All kilometers are average and dependent on the costumers interests. 

 

After breakfast we continue our journey south and visit the Khao Yoi cave and Phra Nakhom Kiri Historical Park. Now getting ever closer to the ocean and beaches we stop in Cha-Am for lunch at a local restaurant by the ocean. After lunch we continue south to Hua Hin and a visit to the Kai Kangwon Palace, this is the palace of the king.

We continue to Khao Sam Roi Yod National Park for a visit near the ocean. We continue onto Prachuap Khiri Khan for a relaxing night at your charming accommodation and an evening on the beach.

 

 

Day 10. Prachuap Khiri Khan – Ranong. km 290. All kilometers are average and dependent on the costumers interests. 

 

After breakfast we continue south on the highway with the Gulf Of Thailand at our shoulder. Again with many points of interest along this leg we stop and visit sites like Nam Lot Khao Phlu, Rap Ro and Phra Khayang Caves. Lunch is served at a local restaurant along the way. Just after Khao Phang National Park we start heading west towards the border of Myanmar and into the border town of Ranong for a relaxing night at your charming accommodation.

 

 

Day 11. Ranong – Krabi. km 350. All kilometers are average and dependent on the costumers interests. 

 

After breakfast we continue south now with the Andaman Sea at our shoulders. Again with so much to see we will pass through National Parks like Namtpk Ngao, Laem Son, Khong Nakha Wildlife Sanctuary, Khaolak Thampu and Khao Lampi Hat Thai Muang. So you can imagine the beautiful scenery there is to see. Lunch is served at a local restaurant along the way. Continuing south to Krabi we cruise in for a relaxing night at your charming accommodation. You can relax by the pool or head to the beach.

 

 

Day 12. Overnight rest day.

 

Take the day to relax by the pool, shopping, beach or site seeing.

 

 

Day 13. Krabi – Hat Yai.  km 350. All kilometers are average and dependent on the costumers interests. 

 

After breakfast we continue south with the Andaman Sea still at our shoulders but just a stones through away. We start heading east after about 50 km and inland for a while. Lunch is served at a local restaurant. Now heading south again we make our way down to Satun before heading east yet again to Hat Yai. We cruise into Hat Yai for a relaxing night at your charming accommodation. Spend the night by the pool or head out and enjoy the nightlife.

 

 

Day 14. Hat Yai – Surat Thani. km 330. All kilometers are average and dependent on the costumers interests. 

 

After breakfast we head east about 20 km to the Gulf of Thailand. We continue back north now with the ocean at our shoulders yet again. Lunch is served at a local restaurant along the way. We continue up the coast line for a visit to the National Museum. With many waterfalls along the way we may as well stop for a cool down, there are many on this leg of our journey. We continue to Surat Thani and a relaxing evening at your charming accommodation. Spend it by the pool and a little nightlife.

 

 

Day 15. Surat Thani – Prachuap Khiri Khan. km 360. All kilometers are average and dependent on the costumers interests.   

 

After breakfast we continue our journey north up the coast to Mu Ko Chumpom National Park. Lunch is served at a local restaurant. We continue after lunch past Khao Phang National Park and a visit to Rap Ro cave. We continue north back to Prachuap Khiri Khan for a relaxing night at your charming accommodation. Spend it by the pool or head to the beach.

 

 

Day 16. Prachuap Khiri Khan – Pattaya. km 380. All kilometers are average and dependent on the costumers interests.   

 

After breakfast we head north keeping the Gulf of Thailand at our shoulders. We won’t waste too much time as we have to put on a few km today. Lunch is served at a local restaurant. We make our way north past Bangkok and then start heading south down the east coast of Thailand to Pattaya. We cruise into to Pattaya for a relaxing night at your charming accommodation. Relax by the pool or head out and enjoy the nightlife of Pattaya and all it has to offer.

 

 

Day 17. Overnight rest day.

 

Here we leave it up to you. You can go shopping or just relax at the pool or even the beach. Head out and enjoy the nightlife and all Pattaya has to offer. This is your time now enjoy.

 

 

 

Day 18. Pattaya – Trat. km 270. All kilometers are average and dependent on the costumers interests. 

 

After breakfast we leave Pattaya and head south with the ocean at our shoulder. With many points of interest along the way we make our way to Rayong. Lunch is served at a local restaurant along the route. We visit Khao Lae Sing National Park and enjoy the views. We continue to Trat where you can relax and enjoy your accommodation.

 

 

Day 19. Trat – Sa Kaew. km 220. All kilometers are average and dependent on the costumers interests. 

 

After breakfast we head a little further south before starting our way north to Namtpk Khlong Kaew National Park and Kaew waterfalls. We continue northwest to 317 and then on to Sa Kaew taking us through rice fields and some smaller mountains. Lunch is served at a local restaurant along the way. We continue onto Sa Kaew to a relaxing evening at your charming accommodation.

 

 

Day 20. Sa Kaew – Surin. km 250. All kilometers are average and dependent on the costumers interests. 

 

After breakfast we head east to Rong Klua Market. This is a border market with much to see. We continue north to the Rao Su Monument and Phantom Rung Historical Park for a visit before continuing north to Buriram. In Buriram we visit the King Rama l Monument located in the city center. We then continue to Surin and relax at your charming accommodation.

 

Day 21. Surin – Amnat Charon. Km 270. All kilometers are average and dependent on the costumers interests.   

 

After breakfast we head east to Si Saket. We visit Pa Nana Chart and Nong Pa Phong temples on the outskirts of Ubon Ratchathani. Lunch is served at a local restaurant along the way. We then continue to Amnat Charoen and relax at your charming accommodation.

 

 

Day 22. Amnat Charon – Bung Kan. km 350. All kilometers are average and dependent on the costumers interests. 

 

After breakfast we head north to the Phu Tham Phra cave for a visit. We then continue to Wat Phra that Phanom. This 57 mt Laotian style Chedi is a high point to the temple complex. We continue along the border now between Thailand and Laos to Nakhon Phanom border town. Here lunch is served at a local restaurant. We then continue along the border enjoying the sites to Bung Kan. Here we relax at our charming accommodation.

 

 

 

Day 23. Bung Kan – Nong Kai. km 310. All kilometers are average and dependent on the costumers interests.   

 

After breakfast we ride out to Nam Tok Tat Kinnaree waterfall, hear the pools are clear water or Chet Si waterfall, Chet Si in Thai means seven colors, because the spray reflects the sunlight and causes a rainbow. We continue now south to 22 and then west to the Ban Chiang National Museum. Lunch is served at a local restaurant. We continue our ride east to 2 in Udon Thani and then north at which point will take us into Nong Kai, another border town. Here we relax at our charming accommodation.

 

 

Day 24. Overnight rest day.

 

Here in Nong Khai you are left to relax by the pool or tour around as in take a ride or visit Wat Khaek, this is a park full of large sculptures, some over 20 mt tall.  Either way relax the day is yours to do as you please.

 

 

Day 25. Nong Kai – Na Haew. km 280. All kilometers are average and dependent on the costumers interests. 

 

After breakfast we head west again along the border of Thailand and Laos. This route takes us about 90% along the border with some awesome scenery. We continue to Lori where lunch is served at a local restaurant. After lunch we continue west and then south. With a temple or two and a water Falls under our belts we make our way to the town of Na Haew where we relax at our charming accommodation.

 

 

Day 26. Na Haew – Phrae. km 250. All kilometers are average and dependent on the costumers interests. 

 

After breakfast we head north to Phu Soi Dao National Park. Here we will visit the Phu Soi Dao waterfall. We continue north and take in some unseen sites like Pha Choet Chun. This route takes us along the border and through some mountains. The scenery is again awesome. Lunch is served at a local restaurant. We head back south about 20 km and north along the border. We make our way to Wiang Sa and then south on 101 to Phrae. Once in Phrae we relax at our charming accommodation.

 

 

Day 27. Phrae – Chiang Rai. km 250. All kilometers are average and dependent on the costumers interests. 

 

After breakfast we head north to Phayao for lunch served at a local restaurant by the lake. After lunch we take you on the final leg of our journey on again some wonderful mountain roads to Chiang Rai. Once in Chiang Rai you can relax at your charming accommodation and hopefully with some unforgettable memories and new friends.
